The Message
"I was born in 1998 in Porto, Portugal, a city recognized for its resilience and strength and therefore known as the “undefeated”. With that spirit embedded in me, I’ve long been inspired by challenges, either it being in my studies, my personal hobbies, or my life goals.
Despite being a mechanical engineer, I have always been inspired by the arts. My passion grew further, and I decided to take it to a new level in 2020, now splitting my time between engineering and developing my art. The mixture of both sides of me can easily be detected in my works – mostly geometrical, precise pieces that convey the order amongst chaos that art represents.
Although mostly abstract, most of my works have clear references behind them, all of them sharing a belief, vision or story. Ever inspired by life’s journey, changes, and evolution, I drain most of my inspiration from music. Many musicians are ever so impactful in everything I create, and you are most likely to identify hints of several ones here and there when presented with my work. You can also notice major influences from other artists and designers such as Jean-Michel Basquiat, Kid Super and Virgil Abloh.
What am I aiming for? Making you feel what I feel with my art. Whether through songs, clothes or paintings, my goal is to make you feel as empowered and inspired as I feel by them. Free.”
